One Year Limited Warranty
We wgrranl to the origina! purchaser, that your Maytag Handy
Chiller will be irse fnam defects In mete rial or workmanship under
normal household use for a period of or>e year from the date of
purchase. Your Maytag Handy Chiller has been rnanufactured
under strict specifications and has been designed for use wifh
only Maytag approved accessories or replacement parts. These
wananties eipressly endude any defects or damages resulting
from unapproved accessories, or replacement parts or other
repairs other than those that have been authorized by Maytag.
This warranty does not cover any darnage or defect due to acci
dent, misuse, shipment, improper service, unreasonable use.
tamper, cosmetic damage, acts of God, accidental breakage,
abuse, negligenoe, neglect, or misuse.
During the above one-year warranty period, a product with a defect
will be either repaired or replaced with a reoonditoried ocmparabte
model (at Maytag s option) when the product is returned to an
authorized Maytag retailer. The repaired or reptacement product
will be in wananty for the balance of Ihe one-year wananty period
and an additional one-month ¡period. No charge will be made for
such repair or replacement
Maytag grants you a orte year warranty which gives you specific
statuatory rights. Maytag will not be held liable for any special,
incidental, oroonsequenltal damage, resulting from possession,
use or loss of use of Ihis product eilher directly or indirectly.
There shall be no claims for defects or failure of performance or
product failure under any theory of tort, contract or commercial
isMi Including, but not limited to, negligence, gross negligence,
strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of coniraci.
Returns Procedure
If your Maytag Handy Chiller is under warranty and needs
repairing, please return your product to the Maytag retailer
where you purchased it. Please retain your original receipt
