SOLBERG
A. Element(s) are secured on a sealing plate and over a centering bracket with
fastening hardware (washer, nut and hex bolt).
B. Remove hardware and lift the element(s) out of vessel
*WARNING*
Failure to comply with these instructions may
result in system contamination.
4. Securing Element
A. Remove any dust or particulate present on element sealing surfaces prior to
installation. Place new element(s) squarely into the vessel over the centering
bracket to ensure the element(s) seat properly on the sealing plate
B. Place top plate (if applicable) on element
C. Secure washer, nut and hex bolt to the threaded rod of the centering bracket.
Element must be tightly secured, but DO NOT over tighten the hardware.
Consult with Solberg for a torque specification.
*WARNING*
Defective installation may cause bypass and
system contamination. Use only genuine Solberg
replacement parts.
5. Removing Vane/Demister Pack
A. Remove fasteners and retaining ring (when present)
