D. Towing Costs Are Covered
The Cummins Diesel Engine Limited Warranty
covers the cost of towing your truck to the
nearest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram dealer if
your vehicle cannot be driven because a covered
part has failed. If you choose to go to another
dealership, you will be responsible for the cost if
the extra distance exceeds 10 miles. See Section
6.2 for information on how to get towing service
in the United States and Canada.
2.3 Corrosion Warranty
A. Who Is Covered?
You are covered if you are a purchaser for use of
the vehicle.
B. What’s Covered
This warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor
needed to repair or replace any sheet metal panels
that get holes from rust or other corrosion. If a hole
occurs because of something other than corrosion,
this warranty does not apply. Cosmetic or surface
corrosion — resulting, for example, from stone
chips or scratches in the paint — is not covered.
