Use a UL Listed Cord Set consisting of a
niinimiun 18 AWG, Type SVT or SJT three

conductor cord a maximum of 15-feet in length
and a parallel blade, grounding type attachment

plug rated 15 A, 125 V.

For rmits set at 230 V:
Use a UL Listed Cord Set consisting of a

minimxun 18 AWG, Type SVT or SJT three

conductor cord a maximum of 15-feet in length

and a tandem blade, grotmding type attachment

Use a Cord Set consisting of a minimum 18 AWG

cord and groxmding type attachment plug rated
