Adjusting the Photo Options
Press SET to access the photo options menu
when the camcorder is in Photo mode.
Press UP or DOWN to browse the menu
items.
Press OK to select the highlighted item.
Press SET to return to the previous screen.
Option
Description
Resolution
High. Record photos at the highest
quality resolution of 1024 x 768.
This will decrease the available
number of photos.
Low. Record photos at a lower
quality resolution of 640 x 480. This
will increase the available number of
photos.
Option
Description
Quality
High. Record photos with low com-
pression for best quality images.
This uses the most amount of space
on the memory card.
Medium. Record photos with
medium compression for medium
quality images.
Low. Record photos with high
compression. This uses the least
amount of space on the memory
card.
Metering
Center. Determine the exposure
level from the center zone of the
image.
Multi. Determine the exposure level
from multiple zones of the image.
Spot. Determine the exposure level
from a small spot at the center of
the screen.
