2. Route cable C10 into the cab into the cab. Ensure that the cable is not wrapped around the
drive shaft beneath the sprayer.
3. The access hole can be located either beneath the dash (Figure 14) or in front of the seat
(Figure 15). There is a removable access plate beneath the dash (on the left, towards the
door). A slot may be cut in the access plate so that it can be replaced (Figure 14). It is
recommended to use a rubber grommet in the cutout slot to avoid cable damage.
4. Connect C10 to the UC4.5 Control Panel (E01) in the sprayer cab (Figure 13). Cable tie
C10 to the RAM mount to help provide strain relief.
Ensure the UC4 Control Panel’s power is OFF for the remaining installation
(Bottom of switch pressed IN).
5. Connect the ring terminal connections on C10 to a 12V source.
6. Route C10 to the back of the sprayer.
7. Route the end of C10 with the 2-pin Deutsch and 2-pin weatherpack connectors to the
SpraCoupe Bypass/Jam valve (Figure 16).
8. Disconnect the SpraCoupe 2-pin connectors at the Bypass/Jam valve and insert either the
2-pin Deutsch or 2-pin weatherpack connector tee (depending on the sprayer) on C10
between them. Connect the unused connectors on cable C10 together.
