11 Appendix A – Optional Main Lift Sensor Installation
1. The bracket should be mounted to the lowest frame member on the center section of the
sprayer. The bracket should be mounted so the sensor mounting collar is in approximately
the center of the sprayer and ahead of the boom (Figure 21).

Avoid mounting the main lift sensor over or near a wheel-track. Measurements
from the wheel-track do not provide an accurate crop height and will cause
measurement and control error.
Ensure the bracket does not collide with any other part of the sprayer throughout
the full range of main lift motion.
