9.2 Valve Assembly
Orifices are not installed in the 1 st and 2 nd stations of the NORAC valve block
for this sprayer because the John Deere orifices in the wing cylinders are used.
1. On a clean surface remove the plastic plugs from the block.
2. Install the 6MB-6MOR (F05) fittings on the “P” and “T” ports on the NORAC block.
Tighten to 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm).
3. Install the 6MB-6MOR (F05) fittings into the “A” and “B” ports on the NORAC block.
Tighten to 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm).

4. Install the 6MBP (*F09) into the “A” port of the 3 rd station of the block.
5. Insert the orifice (*F08) into the “B” port of the 3 rd station of the block.
6. Install the 6MB 6MOR fitting (*F05) into the “B” port of the 3 rd station of the block.
7. Install the .047 orifice (F07A) into the “B” port of the expansion block with the notch facing
in. Install the 6MB-4MOR (F12) fitting into the “B” port. Tighten to 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm).
8. Install the .042 orifice (F07B) into the “A” port of the expansion block with the notch facing
in. Install the 6MB-4MOR (F12) fitting into the “A” port. Tighten to 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm).
