Check
Measures to take
The water tastes
weird.
• Has the product not been used for a long
time?
Use the product after extracting strong
ionized alkaline water for 4 minutes.
• Is it time to replace the filter?
request the filter replacement.
The amount of
extracted water
is suddenly
decreased.
• Is it time to replace the filter?
request the filter replacement.
• Is the power connected?
Check if the power cord plug is plugged into
a 120 v~ 60 Hz wall outlet.
• Did you close the main water supply
valve?
Open the main water supply valve.
• Did the temperature of the main water
drop suddenly?
If the water temperature is lowered,
the amount of extracted water may be
decreased.
Water is not
extracted or
the amount of
extracted water is
not correct.
• Is it time to replace the filter?
request the filter replacement.
• Is water supplied or is the main water
supply valve closed?
Open the main water supply valve.
• Is the button out of order?
In this case, please contact the service
center.
• Is the draining or inlet hose bent or
folded?
Unfold the hose.
• Is the water inlet hose too long?
keep the length of the main water inlet hose
equal to or shorter than 5 m.
• Is the Cleaning indicator turned on?
Please use the product when the Cleaning
indicator is turned off
pH is incorrect.
• Do you live in an area where the water is
very hard?
The pH depends on the region and the
quality of water.
• Is the height of the weak acidic ionized
water extraction/draining hose too high?
keep the height of the weak acidic ionized
water dedicated faucet lower than the
bottom of the product.
• Is the amount of drained water very little? In this case, please contact the service center.
• Is the Check indicator turned on?
In this case, please contact the service center.
• Did you not use the product for a long
time?
Please retry after extracting strong ionized
alkaline water for 4 minutes.
This product may operate abnormally because of a minor cause or because the user is unfamiliar
with using the product and not necessarily because of a product malfunction. In this case,
problems can be solved easily even without assistance from the service center, by checking the
following. If the problem is not solved after checking the following, please call the service center.
