8. Attach the pushrod wire to the throttle arm with a brass

screw-lock pushrod connector, nylon retainer ring and a
4-40 x 1/4" [6.4mm] socket head cap screw.

1. Glue four 1/4" x 1/4" 1/4" [6.4 x 6.4 x 6.4mm] hardwood

blocks to the firewall. Locate the blocks on the marks making
certain that the side of the block is flush with the side of
the fuselage.

2. Slide the fiberglass cowl onto the front of the fuselage.

Cut the cowl as needed to allow the cowl to fit over the engine.

3. On the front of the dummy radial engine draw a circle

approximately 1/16" [1.6mm] larger than the diameter of the
thrust washer on the front of the engine. Be sure the hole is
centered on the dummy radial engine. Cut out the circle.

4. Cut out the back of the dummy radial engine.
