CRISPERS (SOME MODELS)
The crispers, located under the bottom refrigerator shelf,
are designed for storing fruits, vegetables, and other fresh
produce. W ash item s in clear water and rem ove excess
water before placing them in the crispers. Item s with
strong odors or high m oisture content should be wrapped
before storing.
HUMIDITY CONTROL (SOME MODELS)
The Hum idity Controi, present on som e m odels with
crisper drawers, allows you to adjust the hum idity within
the crisper. This can extend the life of fresh vegetables
that keep best in high hum idity.
Hum idity Control set on Higher Humidity, or in a
without a Hum idity Control. This keeps incom ing
m inim um and m aintains m axim um m oisture content.

DELI DRAWER (SOME MODELS)
Som e m odels are equipped with a Deli Drawer for storage
of luncheon m eats, spreads, cheeses, and other deli
item s.
MEAT KEEPER (SOME MODELS)
Som e m odels are equipped with a M eat Keeper. M eat
Keeper tem peratures can be adjusted by sliding the M eat
Keeper Tem perature Control in either direction. Use this
pan for short term storage of bulk m eat item s. If m eats are
to be kept longer than one or two days, they should be
frozen. The M eat Keeper is fixed and cannot be m oved up
or down. If fruits or vegetables are to be stored in the M eat
Keeper, set the M eat Keeper Tem perature Control to a
warm er setting to prevent freezing.

NOTE: The M eat Keeper m ay be rem oved for cleaning.
To rem ove, pull the M eat Keeper straight out while lifting
up toward the back on the bottom of the M eat Keeper.
WINE RACK (SOME MODELS)
The wine rack stores bottles of wine, or single two-liter
piastic bottles of juice or soda pop. To install, slide the
W ine Rack onto the shelf with the curve facing in. To
rem ove, slide the W ine Rack out. Install on either side of
shelf.
