Potato
Pierce each potato with a fork and place on the oven tray around
the edge, at least one inch apart.

Place rice and twice as much liquid (water or chicken or
vegetable stock) in a 2-quart microwavable dish. Cover with plas
tic wrap. When cooking is complete, allow 10 minutes standing
time. Stir for fluffier rice.

Place only bag of prepackaged microwave popcorn on the center

cover with plastic wrap and vent.

Place fish/seafood in an appropriately-sized microwave container.
Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
