Combination cooking alternates convection hot air cooking with microwave energy cooking.
This type of cooking is generally used for roasts and large cuts of meats, Referto CONVECTION
MICRO MENUS " Cookbook for suggested recipes and times.
Using ROAST TIME/COMBO
The ROAST TIME/COMBO cycle can be programmed up to 199 minutes, 99 seconds of combination
cooking time. This cycle will cook at 350 F unless another cooking temperature has been selected. Once
the cooking temperature has been reached, the oven maintains that temperature while it adds a 10%
or selected microwave Cook Power. ROAST TIME/COMBO can be used with QUICK DEFROST and KEEP
WARM. When using the Temperature Probe in ROAST TIME/COMBO, the PROBE TEMP replaces the cooking
time. The microwave Cook Cycle may be set to either precede or follow ROAST TIME/COMBO, if desired.
The oven does not automatically preheat in this cycle. If preheat is desired, touch ROAST TIME/COMBO
twice, the desired cooking time, then START, The oven will preheat to set temperature and hold for up
to 30 minutes. Place food in the oven and touch START,
