CAUTION: Insure fluid trap is
fully seated into the filter prior to
capturing fluid.
4. Remove the appropriate cap on
the front of the fluid trap based on
the size of the tubing that will be
used in the surgical application.
Store the cap on the appropriate
cap holder on top of fluid trap.
5. Insert the chosen tubing
accessory into the appropriate
port located on the fluid trap.
6. The fluid trap is equipped with
measurement increments located
on the front of the device to
measure the amount of fluid
captured.
WARNING: Insure that the fluid
trap is not over-filled. Once the
fluid level reaches 100cc, the
fluid trap should be changed.
7. Once filled, or at the end of
each procedure, remove the
tubing accessory and place the
appropriate cap stored on the
top of the fluid trap onto the
open port.
