Generating the Log File
To generate a log file, perform the following steps.
1. Click the Settings tab, and then click Log on the left.
2. For the System Log Level, choose 6. This level provides the most detail.
3. Click Confirm. When you see a warning about restarting your phone, click OK.
4. To generate a log file, click the Export tab and save the trace file to your computer.
Generating the Packet Capture File
To generate a packet capture file, perform the following steps.
1. Click the Settings tab, and then click Upgrade on the left.
2. Beside Pcap Feature, click Start.
3. Try to recreate the problem. When you have finished, click Stop.
4. To generate the trace file, click Export and save the file to your local system.
