ROUBLESHOOTING
The TWA 1000-M Water Activated Table Top Dispensers are fabricated with high quality components
that provide trouble-free operation for a long period of time. However, should a problem occur, we
recommend that you consult the following table. If the problem you encounter is not discussed in this
table, call Interpack Technical Support. (see page 2 of this document).

Tape is jamming Debris in the tape path

Pressure plate missing or installed

Too much weight on the moistening
