360° AFGS-30/46 BOLT KIT
Installation Instructions
AFGS-30/46-KIT (W)
The AFGS-30/46-KIT is used to connect two AFGS-30G or AFGS-46G
grid to create a full circle (360°) speaker cluster configuration.
Important: Rigging overhead system requires professional experience.
Improperly installed equipment can result in property damage,
personal injury, death and/or liability to the installing contractor.
Do not suspend if in doubt about the integrity of the structure.
Caution: Due to the wide variety of structures, environments, materials
and rigging methods, these instructions assume that the installing
contractor will exercise good judgment in selecting the proper mounting
area and hardware.
Follow these instructions for the most efficient and safest
mounting results.
Do not exceed the working load limit.
Package Contents:
4 pcs. Hex bolt, ½-13 x 6.5” long
8 pcs Flat washer, ½, USS
4 pcs Nylock Nut, ½-13
1 pc. Instruction sheet
Note:
AFGS-30G or AFGS-46G can be connected together with
or without the AFGS-66S spokes attached to the Grid.
Step 1. Place two AGF-30G or AFGS-46G grids back to
back creating a circular shape. Makes sure the pad eyes
are all on the same side. Align the holes on the flat end of
the grid so to match with each other (Figure 1)
Step 2.
Secure the two grids using the hex bolts, flat washer and
nylock nut. Do not tighten bolts until all the hex bolts are
all in the holes (Figure 1).
Step 3.
Tighten bolts permanently (Figure 2).
Step 4.
Check all connections and hardware before hoisting the
cluster.
