Using the Caller List
Viewing the Caller List
If new calls are received, the CALLER ID indicator flashes slowly on the
base unit and the number of new calls with
“
new
calls
”
are displayed
on the handset. When you get home, confirm the CALLER ID indicator on
the base unit or press one of the function keys to check the handset
display. You can confirm who has called you as follows:

Press [SEARCH] (v or
a
) once
to enter the list.
—The newest caller information
is displayed.
Press fSEARCHl
(
V or
a
) to
move up and down between
callers.
Press [F3] to move between
name, number and time date
information.
To exit the list, press [F^
(
exit
key) or wait 10 seconds.
—The handset returns to the
stand-by mode.
Display
[SEARCH;
(V, A)
Notes:
—When you answer a call, the caller information is listed, but is not
considered NEW.
—Once NEW calls have been checked, they are no longer NEW, The
next calls will be listed as NEW.
—If more than one call is received from the same caller, the date and
time of the last call will be stored.
—During a power failure the unit will retain the recorded calls for
approximately 1 day.
