CAUTIONS DURING MEASUREMENTS
In the following situations, accurate measurements
cannot be taken.
Within 1 hour of eating or
drinking aicohoi
Immediateiy after drinking
coffee or tea, or smoking
Immediateiy after exercising
or taking a bath
Wait at least 20 minutes and take a
measurement whiie staying quiet.
In a moving vehicie
In cold places
Take measurements at ambient
temperatures of 10 to 40°C
(50 to 104°F).
When you need to urinate
Wait several minutes after urinating
before taking measurements.
