1. Left Side Leg
1. Drill
2. Right Side Leg
2. #2 Robertson (Square)
3. Back
or Phillips bit.
4. Seat
5. Small Stringer
6. Long Stringer
7. Screws (21 - 2½”) + (four - 2") + (six - 1¼”)

A) Begin by taking the left side leg (1) the counter sunk side should face outward (the
squared end of the arm is the front of the chair.) Take the long stringer (6) and place it in the
middle of the leg's bottom brace. The stringer is tapered so the front of the chair will be wider
than the back. Screw the stringer into place using two 2½” screws. Repeat with the right side
leg (2).

) Next take the back (3) and line the brace up flush
with the under side of the armrest and attach with four
2½” screws. D

Use the remaining six 1¼” screws to
attach the bottom of the back through the holes on the
under side of the seat.

) Take the seat (4) and rest it on the small stringer
(5). Line up the front of the seat with the scribe marks
on the inside of the front legs, attach through the
counter sunk holes in the leg using four 2½” screws.

)Now attach the back of the seat through the counter
sunk holes on the seat brace using four 2" screws.
B) Next take the small stringer (5), line it up with the counter sunk holes on the back leg of
the chair. Screw it into place using four 2½ screws.
