Immediate Actions:
Shut off all ignition sources
Clean Up Actions: Absorb spillage in suitable inert material
Place in appropriate container
Special Precautions: Do not allow to enter public sewers and watercourses
In confined spaces, sewers, etc., the vapours may collect to form
explosive mixtures with air.
Vapours are heavier than air and may travel considerable distances to a
source of ignition and flashback.
Handling:
Keep away from heat and sources of ignition
Eyewash bottles should be available
When using do not eat, drink or smoke (S20/21)
Do not breathe vapours excessively (S23)
Avoid contact with skin and eyes (S24/25)
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, well ventilated place
Keep out of reach of children (S2)
Engineering Controls:
If practicable, engineering controls should be provided where airborne
concentrations exceed exposure limits
Precautionary Measures: No special precautions are required for this product.
Personal Protection: Wear eye protection if splashing is likely
Wear approved respirator if exposure likely to exceed MEL/OES
Wear plastic or rubber gloves
Exposure Limits: There are no recommended or established controls for this product
