MK-377EXP SAW INSTALLATION

Align the Cutting Head Retaining
Holes to the holes on the Post
Follow the assembly instructions to prepare your MK-377EXP for operation.
CUTTING HEAD INSTALLATION

Remove the Blade Guard
Wingnut and then remove
the Blade Guard

Loosen the Blade Guard
Retaining Knob
(C)
Locate and remove the three
Cutting Head Retaining
Screws using a Phillips
Screwdriver

Loosen the Blade Guard
Retaining Knob and open
the Blade Guard
(A)
Loosen the Blade Guard
Retaining Wingnut
(C)
Place the Shaft Wrench on the Motor
Shaft (NOTE: the Outer and Inner
Flanges and the Blade Nut are removed
in the photo above) rotate blade shaft
so shaft wrench is engaged.
DIAMOND BLADE INSTALLATION
When installing the Retaining Screw, do not "cross-thread" and DO NOT over tighten the screw. NOTE:

Install the three Cutting Head
Retaining Screws using a
Phillips Screwdriver

Install the Blade Guard
and tighten Wingnut and
Retaining Knob
