B. LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
The DI-225 dryer requires 18-inches of space on each side of the dryer and 24-inches
of space behind the unit for ease of maintenance. A minimum of 12-inches must be allowed
between the top of agas dryer and the ceiling. A ceiling height of 120-inches is required for gas
dryers, and a ceiling height of 130-inches is required for steam dryers.The dryer must be leveled
for proper operation. If shimming is required, put metal shims which are the same size as the
base feet under the base feet.The dryer must be lagged to the floor.
IMPORTANT: Dryer should be located where a minimum amount of
exhaust duct will be necessary.
