Symptom Check Measures to take
The pH level is
incorrect.
• Do you live in an area where the water
hardness is high?
The pH is subject to the region and the
quality of water.
• Is the height of the domestic water outlet
hose too high?
Keep the height of the domestic water
outlet hose equal to or lower than 25 cm
from the bottom of the product.
• Is the amount of draining water small?
In this case, please contact the After-
Service Center.

• Is the water being supplied actively? Check the water supply valve.
• Is the power connected?
Check if the power cord is plugged into a
120V~ 60Hz outlet.
• Is water overflowing or leaking?

The amount of filtrated water decreases as
the temperature of the water drops.

stops after 1 minute to prevent overflowing

water tank. In this case, use the water
within 1~2 hours.
• A white substance settles at the bottom

• Has the calcium ion in the water combined
with the carbonic acid in the water?
This is because of the separation of the
calcium mineral in the water depending on
the quality of the water. Although drinking
the water is safe, if this symptom continues,
ask your After-Sales Center how to protect
the product.
