9. Once the pairing process has been completed Windows will display the message “this device has been
successfully added to your computer”. Click on close to exit the Bluetooth pairing wizard.
10. In the” Bluetooth devices” window
click on “Bluetooth settings” in the
menu bar to open Bluetooth radio
properties.
11. For your convenience we recommend that you
check off option “show the Bluetooth icon in the
notification area” from in the options tab.
12. Click on the tab “COM ports”, the serial COM
ports used by your computer for Bluetooth
communication will be displayed. Note the
outgoing COM port number for “TORBAL
Bluetooth Dev B”. This is the COM port used by
your computer to send and receive data between
the TORBAL scale and your PC via the Bluetooth
module. This COM port should be used whenever
configuring the connection in TORBAL
Communications Software, TORBAL Procell, or
other third party applications.
