aPPlE, Carrot and CElEry JUICE
Makes 2 serves
You may alter the amounts of either the
carrots or apple to make the juice sweeter
or savoury to suit your taste buds:

4 small Granny Smith apples
3 medium sized carrots, trimmed
4 sticks celery

Process apples, carrots and celery
through the juicer using speeds 3 and 5.
Mix well and serve immediately.

2 medium tomatoes
1 large carrot, trimmed
2 celery stalks, trimmed
1 lime, peeled

Process tomatoes, carrot, celery and
lime through the juicer using speeds 1,
3 and 5.
Serve immediately.

and orangE JUICE
Makes 2 serves

3 medium beetroot, trimmed
4 oranges, peeled

Process carrots, beetroot and oranges
through the juicer using speed 5.

2 large peaches, halved and seeds removed
2 grapefruits, peeled

Process apple, peaches and grapefruit
through the juicer using speeds 1, 3.
