NUU Wave not responding to commands such as volume change, play/pause, pair, etc.?
1.
Switch the NUU Wave off and then on again.
2.
If there is still no response after step 1, connect the unit to the supplied power adapter and repeat step 1.
3.
If there is still no response after step 1-2, reset the Wave by pushing the volume up button and the
action button together for ~3 seconds. The Wave will then turn off - press and hold the button for
~3 seconds to turn the Wave back on.
4.
Check that your phone or other device is suffi ciently charged.
