Remove all old barbed fittings and insert a ½” barbed straight fitting in each of the individual reservoirs
and a ½” barbed elbow into the two end reservoirs. Use ½” blue tubing to connect the reservoirs in a loop
as shown below. The circulating pumping column will pump the nutrient solution into the controller from
the individual WaterFarm reservoirs and circulates it back through the system.

Insert a ½” elbow all the way into the hole that was
drilled in the controller and connect the blue tube
from the circulating pumping column on the inside of
the controller. Feed the airline through the airline
outlet hole and connect to the single output pump.

Using the 13/16” spade bit and template,
mark and drill a second grommet hole in
each WaterFarm reservoir opposite the
original hole and insert a ½” grommet
into each new hole.

either the left or right side of the controller
and insert a ½” grommet into the hole.
Then use the ¼” drill bit and template to
mark and drill a hole for the air hose outlet
in the controller.
