Router Fixture (DJ36) for Weep Notch at Intermediate Horizontal and Sill
1. Place router fixture with router (DJ36 and DJ40) on horizontal making sure it sets flat on the
glazing pocket as shown in Figures 9-11. To achieve this, the router fixture must be in the
open position.
2. Align the end of the fixture flush with the end of the horizontal.
3. Make sure the clamps are parallel with the top of the horizontal. Tighten clamps but don’t
over tighten.
4. Ensure that the router bit (DJ39) is set to the correct depth. Notch will be .135” deep or flush
with strut. See Figure 12.
