Warning! After the device is switched on, hold it by its grip or by the button at the
end of the styling brush as the styling brush becomes hot during use.
If you want to put the device down during use, switch it off first. Take care handling it
as the styling brush remains hot for a while after it is switched off. Always place it on
a heat resistant surface.
3. For styling, divide your hair into separate curls then roll them onto the hair styling brush.
After some seconds of drying, you can let down your hair by pushing the release knob on the
brush.
4. Warning! After use, turn off the device with the main switch, then unplug it from the wall
(or extension)socket. Put the device on a heat resistant surface until it has completely
cooled down. Only store the device when it is completely cooled.
Do not brush or comb your hair immediately after styling. Wait until your hair cools down,
otherwise the styling effect will be reduced or lost.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Warning! Before cleaning, always switch off the appliance and remove
the power cable from the mains socket. Wait for the appliance to cool
completely before you start cleaning. Never immerse it in water or place it
under running water.
• To clean the handle, wipe it with a soft cloth that’s been moistened with a few drops of
mild detergent. Next, remove the detergent by wiping with a soft lint-free cloth moistened
with lukewarm water. Finally, wipe the cleaned surfaces with a dry lint-free cloth. Take care
to ensure no moisture enters the appliance. Make sure the hair straighteners are completely
dry before using them again.
• Never use solvents (acetone, benzene, petrol etc.) to clean the appliance because these
materials could dissolve the plastic cover and damage the internal components. Do not use
harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
• Air inlet openings can be cleaned with a brush or vacuum cleaner.
• Remove trapped hair from hair styler brushes as well.
• If you don’t plan to use the appliance for a while after cleaning it, place it in a nylon bag
and store it in a place that is free from dust, damp and frost. Do not wrap the mains cable
around the appliance when storing it because the insulation can deteriorate or break under
these circumstances.
