a straight waist and take care that the area of the belt touching your stomach does not wrinkle during use as
this can result in damage to the heating elements and other internal structural parts. Do not use body care
creams on any part of your body that comes into contact with the belt; ensure that your skin pores remain
free; using a cream in conjunction with the belt can result in allergic reactions.
The use of the massage and sauna belt
1. Wrap the belt around the body part you want to treat (stomach, waist, hips or back) and secure it with the
Velcro. The belt must be secured tightly and it must surround the body part to be treated completely. Take
care not to wrinkle or bend the belt when putting it on. Do not secure the belt uncomfortably tight; this will
not achieve the desired effect and can cause burning of the skin or discomfort.
2. Connect one end of the power adapter cable into the power connector socket on the appliance, and plug the
other end into the mains socket. Once connected, the appliance performs a self-test; the display
shows "88", a sound is heard, and then the display changes to show "--".
3. Turn the appliance on by pressing the "POWER/HEAT" button once. The appliance starts to operate with the
default settings: heating on, timing 15 minutes, intensity level 1, massage mode 0.
4. When the sauna function is turned on, the "HEAT" LED is lit. You can turn the heating off and nack on by
pressing the ""POWER/HEAT"" button. Note: When the ""HEAT"" function is on, the belt surface temperature
is 42-45°C at a room temperature of 23-24°C.
For the effective use of the appliance, please observe the following:
- during the use of the appliance keep your clothing on to keep the uncovered skin surface to a minimum; we
recommend a short or long sleeved T-shirt and sweat pants,
- prior to use be sure to drink plenty of fluids,
- do not tighten the belt over your stomach; adjust the Velcro so that you can insert your hand between the
belt and your stomach,
- the fixed performance heating units need longer to achieve the sauna effect, so increase the duration on the
timer if possible (25 minutes, or manual switching mode FF setting).
Use the appliance in dry rooms only; do not use it in bathrooms or outdoors. We recommend that you use the
appliance at a room temperature you feel comfortable with, and ensure that there are no open windows
nearby; do not use the appliance in a draught, or in the direct line of air conditioning apparatus.
5. Set the time you want to use the appliance. The default setting is 15 minutes, which is shown on the control
unit display. To change this, press the "TIME" push button until the required time is shown; the options
available are: 5, 15, 25 minutes or infinite (FF). Once the set time set is reached, the appliance turns off
automatically.
6. Select the intensity of the massage by pressing the "INTENSITY" push button. Choose 1 for weak, 2 for
medium or 3 for strong. The first time you press the button, the display shows the current intensity setting;
pressing the button again changes this setting. Two seconds after the pressing the button, the display
reverts to showing the session time remaining.

12V DC (negative ground); the power cable required to connect to a car cigar lighter is available
as an accessory. Please note that the appliance must not be connected to vehicles with higher
