(8d.g) are for larger surfaces (e.g. upholstery, glass, tiled walls; the hose steaming head (8h) is good for
cleaning surfaces which are harder to access and are in more awkward places. The brush and angled head can
be connected to the end of the general and of the hose steaming heads, if required. (8e,f)
8. Following water filling and attachment of the cleaning attachment, plug the mains cable of the device
into the wall socket or the electric extension cable. During the heating phase, the operation indicator (7) is
illuminated; depending on the volume of water approx. 3-4 minutes are needed to reach the required steam
pressure. Check that the required pressure has been reached by a short press of the operating button (4). A
strong steaming action indicates that the device is ready for use.
9. In case you wish to change the adapter always disconnect the device from the mains socket and wait for the
hot surfaces to completely cool down. Having finished working with the device, unplug it and leave it cool
down completely. After cooling down and depressurization remove the safety lid from the tank and pour out
any remaining water.
Never store the device with water left in the tank, and only pack a completely cooled down and depressurized
device.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Warning! Before you clean the appliance it must be switched off and the mains plug must be
removed from the wall socket.
It is very important that the device is never immersed in water or sprayed with the water jet!

Clean the outside cover of the appliance with a damp, soft, lint-free cloth and then wipe the cleaned
surfaces with a dry lint-free cloth. Take care not to allow any moisture inside the cover. Let the appliance dry
completely before re-using or storing it.

Wash the attachments in soft water with neutral liquid detergent and rinse them under running water. Leave
all the parts dry completely before packing them.

When cleaning the appliance, never use solvent (acetone, benzole, petrol, alcohol, etc.) as these may solve
the casing material, or the internal parts of the appliance if they get into. Do not use cleaning agents with
coarse or grinding effect.
