Ensure that no objects fall onto the appliance or get into the holes of the casing.

When not in use, always store the appliance in a place where it is safe and not in the way.

To avoid potential damage, never stand on the appliance in shoes.

Please keep this instruction manual. If you give the appliance to anyone else, you must give them
this instruction manual, too!

USING OF APPLIANCE

Do not use the appliance on an uneven or carpet-covered surface. For correct operation, all the four legs must
stand on a solid, flat, horizontal surface.

Changing battery:

The battery needs to be changed when you cannot switch on the appliance any longer, or the LCD-display
shows the text “Lo”.

Remove the battery holder cover then change the battery. Place the battery with its negative pole
downwards. Finally, replace back the battery holder cover.

Please change the battery carefully as the warranty of the appliance shall not cover failures due to improper
battery change.

Never dispose of the battery into fire as it may explode.

Store both new and used batteries in your home in a way that children may not have access to it, not even
accidentally. Batteries contain toxic chemical substances, thus swallowing one may be life-threatening .
If such an accident happens, or there is a suspicion of swallowing, consult a doctor immediately.

Do not dispose of the removed battery from the appliance in general waste due to potential endangering of
the environment. Find a special waste collection container placed for this purpose, or a collection station and
discard or leave the used battery there.
