3. Place the mounting bracket around the back of the unit,
aligning the bracket holes with the mounting holes in the unit.
4. Place one M5 lock nut in one of the spaces provided,
making sure that the threads are facing the hole.
5. Insert the M5 x 13.5mm socket head cap screw through
both the bracket and unit holes on one side.
6. Using the 4mm hex key provided, thread the cap screw
into the lock nut. You may need to use a fl athead screwdriver
to hold the lock nut in place and prevent it from turning while
threading. Do not completely tighten the assembly at this
time.
7. Repeat steps 3-5 with the second lock nut and cap screw.
8. Select the mounting location for the unit. If neccessary, drill
a 9mm through hole in the mounting surface.
9. Align the unit with the mounting location, and insert the
M8 hex head bolt through the hole. Secure the unit with the
M8 lock washer and M8 nut on the back side of the mounting

performance of the system is maximized and the controls are placed within convenient reach of the operator so that s/he can
operate the system without losing eye contact with the work area.
5. It is the responsibility of the vehicle operator to ensure during use that all features of this product work correctly. In use, the
vehicle operator should ensure the projection of the beam is not blocked by vehicle components (i.e., open trunks
or compartment doors), people, vehicles, or other obstructions.

Code 3’s CW2440 and CW2441 LED Worklamps feature an
aluminum heatsink housing, tough polycarbonate lens and six 3-watt
LEDs that produce a high-intensity beam. These extremely compact
lights offer all the benefi ts of LED technology including the brightest
white light output, a long maintenance-free service life and extremely
low current consumption.

Installation:
1. Set the unit face side down on a fl at surface.
2. Insert the M8 x 24mm hex head bolt through the slot of the
bracket, ensuring that the hex head is captured between the
louvers of the bracket.
