beneath the device.
13 Operation and Handing
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating
the device. Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:
Warning
► Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation, so that
you can intervene quickly in the event of dangers.
13.1 Opening cans:
Plug the electrical cord into a 120 volt, 50 Hz outlet.
Bring the magnetic lid lifter into the horizontal position as shown in Figure
1.
Then please lift the can opener lever to a 45° position until it locks.
Place the can so that the rear edge of the can lip rests on the drive wheel.
Be certain that the cutting blade is on the inside of the can lip
as shown in figure 2.
