Setup and Installation:
1. Deflate nose gear strut per procedures in aircraft maintenance manual.
2. Remove Cessna Extension Assembly Valve (Gooseneck), P/N 1243072-1, per aircraft
maintenance manual, if installed.
3. Configuration A
Remove Cessna nose gear strut servicing valve (P/N 0543036-1) and replace with a
PA050354 fitting and an AN901-5A washer.
Configuration B
Remove Cessna nose gear strut servicing valve (P/N S1827-1) from top of strut and replace
with an AN816-4D fitting.
4. Find correct installation location for P/N ATRS-100 on right side of nose gear tunnel, see
Fig 1. This indicated location can vary slightly to ensure adequate fits and clearances.

5. Use the backing plate, P/N ATRS-102, to mark location of bolt and fitting holes on nose
gear box.
