How to store Cabbage Kimchi/Radish Kimchi/Broth Kimchi

When you connect the power, the lamp next to the Start/Set button will be turned on, and
you can store the Kimchi in standard temperature without any separate setting.

To store Kimchi in top and bottom compartment

Press the Start/Set button.

• When the lock lamp next to the Start/Set button is ( ) turned off,

you can select the button.

Press the Function selection button.

• Press the Function selection button to select Store at top compartment

and Store at bottom compartment.

Press the Store at top compartment and Store at bottom

compartment buttons.

• Press the Store at top compartment and Store at bottom compartment

buttons to select the storing temperature of Mid, Mid and Max.

Press the Start/Set button again.

Store Kimchi process starts.

Korean Kimchi

There are about 200 types of Korean Kimchi.
The optimal storing temperature differs by the Kimchi type and the

seasoning used for the Kimchi.

Adjust the temperature of "Min", "Mid" and "Max" depending on the type
and condition of the Kimchi.
