TROUBLESHOOTING GUIdE
No Sound
1 Make sure Hearing Aid T-coil is turned on
and functional.
2	 Battery	may	be	dead.
3	 Verify	that	the	Quick	Disconnect	is	fully	
seated.
4	 Verify	that	the	CLA7BT	is	turned	on.
5	 Verify	that	the	phone	or	audio	device	is	
turned on.
6 Check to verify that the CLA7BT is paired
and connected with the device.
Weak Sound
1	 Weak	battery.
2	 Turn	up	the	volume	on	the	CLA7BT.
3	 Turn	up	the	volume	on	the	phone.
4	 Check	your	hearing	aid	–	weak	battery.
5	 Check	your	hearing	aid	–	weak	or	non-
functional t-coil
