NORMAL SURROUND Sc»ft\vare with multi channel surround audio signals is
played according to the way it was recorded.

Dolby Pro Logic to create surround effects.
CINEMA STUDIO A Reproduces the sound characteristics of the Sony
Pictures Entertainment "Cary Grant Theater" cinema
production studio. This is a standard mode, great for
watching most any type of movie.
CINEMA STUDIO B Reproduces the sound characteristics of the Sony
Pictures Entertainment "Kim Novak Theater" cinema
production studio. This mode is ideal for watching science-
fiction or action movies with lots of sound
effects.
CINEMA STUDIO C Reproduces the sound characteristics of the St'fny
Pictures Entertainment scoring stage. This mode is ideal for watching musicals
or classic films where music is featured in
the soundtrack.
NIGHT THEATER Allows you to retain a theater like environment while
listening at low volume levels, such as late at night.
MONO MOVIE Creates a theater like environment from movies with
monaura! soundtracks.
STEREO MOVIE Creates a theater like environment from movies
recorded with stereo soundtracks
