Removing the Bottom Cover
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before You Begin
.
2.
Turn the computer over.
3.
Loosen the two captive screws that secure the bottom cover to the chassis.
4.
Lift the bottom cover off the computer base.
Replacing the Bottom Cover
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before You Begin
.
2.
Align the screw holes on the bottom cover with the screw holes on the chassis.
3.
Tighten the two captive screws that secure the bottom cover to the chassis.
4.
Connect your computer and all attached devices to electrical outlets, and turn them on.
