file. Remove and then reinstall the program.
1 Click the Start button and click Control Panel.
2 Click Add or Remove Programs.
3 Select the program you want to remove.
4 Click Remove or Change/Remove and follow the prompts on the screen.

The operating system cannot locate a sector on the hard drive. You may have a
defective sector or corrupted FAT on the hard drive. Run the Windows error-checking utility to check the
file structure on the hard drive. See the “
Windows Help and Support Center
” for instructions. If a large
number of sectors are defective, back up the data (if possible), and then reformat the hard drive.
