Using a Memory Card

The following shows how the lamps indicate the error type when an error occurs due to data transfer failure or
some other reason.

1. The memory card

is not loaded
correctly in the
Digital Piano’s
memory card slot.

2. The memory card

was removed

operation was in

playable file in the
MUSICDAT
folder.

You are attempting
to save data to a
memory card when
there is no data to
save.

The memory card is
write-protected.

A read-only file
with the same name

on the memory
card.

enough room

available in
Digital Piano
memory.

Action

1. Correctly load the

memory card into
the memory card
slot.

2. Do not remove

the memory card

MUSICDAT
folder on the
memory card or
format the
memory card on
the Digital Piano
(page E-22).

2. Move the file you

want to load or
play into the
memory card’s
MUSICDAT
folder.

Record something
before performing a
save operation.

Use the memory
card’s write protect
switch to enable
