Autolocking
The Autolocking feature locks all
the doors when all doors are closed
and the vehicle speed exceeds
4 mph (7 km/h).
To disable/enable the Autolocking
feature, proceed as follows:
• Turn the key to the ON/RUN
position with the engine off.
• Press the door unlock button
three times and then turn the key
to the OFF position.
• Press the door unlock button
three more times and then turn the
key back to the ON/RUN position
with the engine off.
• A horn chirp will sound. Then
press the unlock button once
followed by the lock button once.
• If a short horn chirp is produced,
the autolock system is disabled. If a
long chirp is produced, the autolock
system is enabled.
• Turn the key to the OFF position
and another chirp will sound to
verify that you are no longer in
program mode. Repeat the
procedure to the desired mode.
