LED Status Description
1 Power On (green)
Off
Indicates a valid USB power connection.
Indicates there is no power to the
Ethernet USB Adapter.
2 Link/Act On (green)
Flashing
green
Indicates the Ethernet USB Adapter has a
valid network connection.
Indicates data is being transmitted.
3 100 On (amber)
Off
Indicates the Ethernet USB Adapter is
connected to a 100Base-TX network
Indicates the Ethernet USB Adapter is
connected to a 10Base-T network.
Port Description
1 The RJ-45 port is where you connect your USB Adapter to a hub,
switch, or router. You must purchase a twisted-pair cable separately
for this connection.
2 The USB port is where you connect your USB Adapter to your PC. Use
the USB cable provided in the package contents.
