STEP 1 - Install the Socket Assembly
A. Thread the Socket Assembly (B) onto the Base (C).
Hand tighten until snug.

STEP 2 - Install the Nipple
A. Remove the Knurled Nuts from the Nipple (A). Thread
one end of the Nipple (A) into Hex Coupling on the top
center of the Socket Assembly (B). Hand tighten until
snug.
