a Install the correct bulb referring to fixture markings and or labels for maximum wattage

STEP 5 :
a Place the Diffuser over the end of the Center Stem, attach
onto the Tabs in the bottom of the Shade Assembly.
b. Pass the Plastic Washer and the Flat Washer over the end
of the Center Stem and secure with the Hex Nut (1/8 IP).
Hand tighten until snug.
c. Thread the Finial onto the end of the Center Stem and hand
tighten until snug.
