PERSONAL VIDEO RECORDING (PVR)
You can record current and upcoming programs using a USB device. However, this is only
available for digital channels. Please plug in the USB device before executing recording
function and as well do the following settings to save the file recording.
1.Format USB Recording Devices
Menu-> Feature->PVR/Timeshift->Partition Select to enter partition list:
Then press red button on the remote control to format USB recording device, once format
has been successfully done, it will pop up a dialogue box as shown below.
Warm Tips:
When such device is suddenly separated or unplugged, the stored files or the USB storage
device may be damaged. Be sure to back up important files before recording. We will not
be responsible for any data loss.
2.Recording Programs
Instant Recording
You can record the program you are watching. Press REC on the remote to start the
recording.
Recording icon and recording time will be displayed at the left bottom of the Screen.
Press STOP button to stop the recording.
Schedule Recording
2.1 Press EPG to enter EPG weekly mode, the screen is shown on the first picture. Then
you can use Navigation button to check the program schedule on the right side of the
screen, which was presented on the second picture. Then please highlight the
program you preferfor schedule recording and press green button two times
until- R-shown on the screen to prerecord, which was shown on picture 3.
2.2 You can also press red button on the remote control to switch EPG from weekly mode
to daily mode. Press yellow button to scan previous day program and blue button to
check the next day program. You can at most schedule recording for 10 programs.
Please note that current programs are not available for schedule recording.
