Step 2 – Attach Weight Plate to Base
• Slip Carriage Bolt through square center hole of Base.
• Slide Spacer Tube over Carriage Bolt.
• Lay Weight Plate inside of Base with rubber feet pointing out of
Base bottom.
• Slide Large Lockwasher over threaded end of bolt and screw on
Large Nut. Tighten with 9/16” wrench.
Step 3 – Attach Corner Columns to Base
Note: the side of the base where the wheels are attached is the back.
Also notice that there are 2 front columns, and 2 rear columns. The rear
columns have two rails on each side for side panels to slide into. Front
columns have only a single rail in the front.
Note: Slot in columns should be at the top.
• Line up the bottom of the columns with the tabs on the corners of
the base. Be sure that the tabs slide inside of the columns. Insert 2
Medium Bolts into the holes in each column and finger-tighten only.
These bolts will be fully tightened in Step 5.
