Restoring factory settings
( Norm Set)
You can restore the original factory settings
of the device.
Note:
If you restore the original factory set-
tings of the device, your personal set-
tings, such as the display brightness,
volume and sound settings, names of
external audio sources and welcome
text, are lost.
To restore the factory settings,
press the MENU button
A.
The menu is displayed.
Press the softkey "Various Settings"

The "Various" menu is displayed.
Press the softkey "Norm Set"

Confi rm that you really want to restore
the factory setting by pressing the
softkey
; again for longer than 2 sec-
onds. Otherwise, press the OK button
B to return to the "Various" menu.
If you restore the factory settings,
"NORMSET ON" is briefl y shown on the dis-
play. Afterwards, the device switches off
and immediately on again. All settings are
returned to the factory settings.
