Switching demo mode on/off
The device is supplied from the factory with
demo mode switched on. In demo mode, an
animation plays on the display that shows
the most important functions of the de-
vice.
The animation is shown for approx. 16 sec-
onds after the last activation of the button.
Pressing any button interrupts the anima-
tion and returns to the display of the current
audio source.
To switch the demo mode on or off,
press the MENU button
A for longer
than 4 seconds.

text on/off and changing it
(Turn On Text)
When you switch on the device, an anima-
tion appears, followed by a welcome text.
The welcome text is factory set to "The ad-
vantage in your car".
You can switch the display of this welcome
text on or off and enter your own welcome
text of up to 35 characters.
